MEET PETE
After serving in the Army, Pete became a formally trained chef. He worked for several years in Iraq as a civilian contractor, running the culinary facilities that kept the thousands of overseas armed forces fed.

After building and enjoying the success of a restaurant in NY, it was time for something new.
​
Pete has traveled the world, gathering culinary customs and traditions from all over the globe, but nothing spoke to him quite like the flavors of home, Buffalo, NY.
